Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations. Late Cancellation Fee: A late cancellation fee may be applied to appointments canceled within the 24-hour window. The fee amount will be communicated to clients at the time of booking and is subject to the discretion of Exhibit Auto Styling. Exceptions: We understand that certain circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, which may necessitate last-minute cancellations. In such cases, we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation. Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment within the 24-hour cancellation period may do so without incurring a late cancellation fee, subject to availability. No-Show Policy Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment may be subject to a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
